Dr. Mickaël TOBALEM
Dr Mickaël Tobalem is a surgeon and certified specialist in plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery (Swiss FMH and European EBOPRAS certification). He is expert in rejuvenation and beautification of the face, breasts and body.
He is registered in the Swiss Federal Register of Medical Professions (medreg) under the number GLN 7601000829696, and is authorised to bill insurance companies.
After obtaining his medical degree from the University of Geneva, he trained in plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at the University Hospitals of Geneva (HUG), Zurich (USZ), Lausanne (CHUV) and Paris (AP-HP), obtaining his Swiss diploma (FMH) and his European certification (EBOPRAS) as a specialist in plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He then joined the prestigious plastic surgery department at the Hôpital Saint Louis in Paris (Prof. Maurice Mimoun), where he trained specifically in aesthetic surgery. After more than two years in the department, he acquired a strong experience in cosmetic surgery of the face (facelift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty), but also in cosmetic surgery of the breasts (augmentation, reduction, breast lift) and the body (liposuction and body lift). He completed a second fellowship in exclusive rhinoplasty at the Institut azuréen de rhinoplastie et chirurgie plastique de la face (Dr Yves Saban). Back to Switzerland, he set up as an independent surgeon in private practice and became an accredited doctor for aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery at private clinics in Geneva (Hirslanden Clinique des Grangettes and Clinique de la Colline) and Zurich (Clinique Pyramide am See, Smoothline).
In 2021 he opened his own practice specialising in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery in Geneva (Place du Port 1, CH-1204 Geneva) and in 2022 an office in Zurich (C/o Smoothline, Bahnhofstrasse 84, CH-8001 Zurich).

His work has been published and cited in leading scientific journals, presented at national and international conferences and awarded several scientific prizes.
